December / January Cancellation Policy:- A cancellation more than 60 days from the date of booking means the guest will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid, minus a booking fee of $100. A cancellation less than 60 days from the date of booking means the deposit is non refundable unless we can book the same period at the same rate, in which case we will refund the deposit minus a booking fee of $200.
